We are always looking for A-Players to join our team (closet entrepreneurs and trail blazers encouraged to apply). Step 1: Application

To be considered, submit your application below.

Step 2: Screening

We get a lot of applicants and we're highly selective. We will always confirm receipt of your application via email so you know it landed in the right spot. If you are a candidate that we would like to move through the interview process, we will contact you for a 30 minute culture screen.

Step 3: Interview

We will have you interview with the Hiring manager for a minimum of one hour (for remote people, we will conduct the interview over Zoom). For local candidates, we will more than likely have you come in on a Wednesday for Waffles and office yoga. We will give you a quick tour, and have you meet our incredible team.

Step 4: Skill & Personality Assessment

We believe that when your passions and gifts align with the day-to-day activities of your career AND you’re in an environment where you can be your authentic self, you will never work another day in your life. At Organifi, we call it “Going to Fun.” To ensure that it’s a great fit, we have every candidate complete a few personality assessments and share their key takeaways from a podcast featuring leadership guru Marcus Buckingham.

Step 4: Job Offer

If the stars align and we decide it’s a great fit, we will contact you via phone and follow-up with a formal offer.
